Dates

Submission of your team proposal must be received by 20th of November, 2024. 

The challenge sponsors will review received proposals and reach out to the candidates that have been selected to participate. A total of 15 teams (including individuals) will be chosen to submit the requirements outlined below 

Eligibility

Academic Standing:

• Participants must be enrolled in programs related to IT or Computing.
• Only students in the final year of their degree programs are eligible to participate.
• Both undergraduate and graduate students can submit.

Project and Submission Requirements

1. Mentorship Requirement:

Your submission must include at least one advisor or mentor who can guide you throughout the competition. Submissions without an advisor or mentor will not qualify. 

2. Single Submission Policy:

Submit only your best idea. Multiple entries from the same individual will lead to the disqualification of all submissions. Focus on refining and presenting one strong concept.

3. Group and Individual Submission Limit:

If you have already submitted an idea as part of a group, you cannot submit another idea individually. Each participant is allowed to submit only once, either individually or as part of a team.
